What is your returns & exchanges policy?
We accept returns in the case of faulty or damaged products. Please use the contact form to contact us if this happens as soon as possible in order for me to address the problem appropriately. If I am not contacted within 14 days of delivery, I won’t be able to take responsibility for the damaged product. I package all items with care but sometimes accidents happen, and the best way to resolve this is to contact me asap.
When can I expect my order?
I ship orders 2 times per week on a Tuesday and a Saturday. If in the UK, once shipped your order should take 1-5 days to arrive, however depending on location and time of year this may vary. International orders take 1-2 weeks on average. Please wait 2 weeks before contacting to ask where your order may be.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the UK, Australia, USA and New Zealand. Due to new laws, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland or Europe.
Are all items shipped together?
Generally, yes. However if you order a flat product and a badge/keyring, these will be shipped separately for protection of products.
Are you able to donate to our raffle/charity?
